Welcome to Jyotish AI. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jyotish AI mobile application ("App"), which is hosted and represented via the website zyotish.com.

1. Nature of Astrological Services

Jyotish AI provides astrological insights, horoscopes, and predictions based on Vedic astrology principles and Artificial Intelligence algorithms.

• Entertainment Purposes: All insights provided by the App are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• Not Professional Advice: Astrology is not an exact science. The content provided does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional for such matters.
• AI Guidance: AI-generated responses are guidance tools and should not be treated as absolute certainty.

2. Age Requirements and User Representations

By using the App, you represent that:

• Minimum Age: You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Ages 13-17: If you are between 13-17 years old, you have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent to use the app.
• Under 13: The app is NOT intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
• The birth details (date, time, and location) provided by you are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Your use of the App does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Parental Consent for Minors (13-17)

If you are a parent or guardian providing consent for a minor:

• You have reviewed and agree to this Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy
• You understand the nature of astrological services provided
• You can revoke consent at any time by contacting support@zyotish.com

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers certain premium features accessible via subscription or one-time payments.

• Payment Processors: We use secure third-party payment processors (such as Razorpay). Your financial details are handled according to their respective security standards.
• Refunds: Refund policies for digital content transitions are governed by the platform through which you made the purchase (e.g., Google Play Store).

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, design elements, AI models, chart generation logic, and content within the App are the exclusive property of Jyotish AI. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the App without express written consent.

5. Account Deletion and Data Rights

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to support@zyotish.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.

Processing Time: Within 7 business days
Data Removal: All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Jyotish AI, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or any decisions made based on the astrological guidance provided.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
